Throughout his career, Doug Nedde has been deeply tied to his local community and has a great passion for the unique characteristics of Vermont. Nedde grew up in Vermont and attended University of Vermont where he received is B.A. in Political Science and Economics. He now lives with his family in Colchester and carries this community awareness into his business practices.
In addition to sitting on local boards such as the Chittenden County Humane Society, Vermont Health Insurance Co-Op and ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center, he also takes every opportunity to employ local companies and people.
But what Nedde enjoys most about commercial real estate is the opportunity to see projects through from start to finish. He thrives on seeing positive changes take shape and works to preserve the historical rarities of Vermont, making moves to strength its economy and move it forward by staying on the cutting edge of his field. Nedde seeks out opportunities to develop areas and buildings for the better, to make them more useful for more people while employing principles of energy efficiency and sustainability. Integral to the planning phase of any project that Nedde pursues is a consideration of the ramifications on the surrounding community and meeting their needs.
Nedde looks forward to offering clients of Nedde Real Estate the personalized, full-service assistance that he is well known for whether they be buying, selling or leasing.
