Courtney brings over six years of experience in property management and joined the Nedde Real Estate team in November 2025. She began her career in the industry while still in college and has continued to grow professionally ever since. Known for building strong, genuine connections with residents, Courtney is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and service-focused experience for everyone she works with. Throughout her career, she has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, including social media marketing and management, maintenance coordination, team leadership, and day-to-day operations.
A Vermont native, Courtney is a proud graduate of Colchester High School and the University of Vermont. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Seguin, weightlifting, and getting lost in a good book.
