Fernando Cresta and his family moved from Santiago, Chile to Washington, D.C in 1977, due to his father’s appointment as a diplomat to the Embassy of Chile. In 1992, Fernando and his wife Tracy decided to move back to her home state of Vermont to live in Shelburne and raise a family.
With a long-standing interest and investments in Vermont’s commercial real estate industry, Fernando obtained his Vermont Real Estate Broker License, and is continuing to establish and expand his client base with Nedde Real Estate. Fernando’s network of contacts in Vermont is broad and when combined with his creativity and relationship building skills, will be a driving force in his success at Nedde Real Estate.
Fernando has a wide range of business colleagues and contacts, and extensive sales & new business development expertise from his 23 year career in the foodservice industry. He achieved sales growth from $18M to over $140M during his tenure with Burlington Foodservice Company and later Reinhart Foodservice, while serving as Vice President of Business Development and servicing the company’s largest customers.
